Demo video on How to Submit a Report through SHIPCONREP

Once you click on “Register a New Concern,” you will have two options to choose from:

Workplace Code — If your employer has subscribed to SHIPCONREP, the workplace code will be displayed in a common area on your vessel. Enter this code to submit your report, as per the video below.

No Workplace Code — If your employer has not subscribed to SHIPCONREP, you will not have a workplace code. You can still submit a report to your employer by clicking the "No Workplace Code" button as per the video below.
